Hatfield-McCoy Week rolls in early....
A few years ago, ol Big Jim was hangin' out with his freinds at the Logan County Chamber of Commerce when he met a VERY interesting and intelligent chap. Bill Richardson had just gotten some kudos for a documentary he had been working on. Bill was working probably two or three interesting jobs at the time, but he also was heavily invested in film-making, documentaries and the preserving of localWill Costner's Devil Anse fit in with his other frontier portrayals?
Hey folks, Big Jim here... I gotta admit I am every bit as antsy as you guys and gals are, vis a vis the upcoming Memorial Day Weekend, or "Hatfield-Palooza" as some of my friends are calling it. The biggest news around HMT country of course in regards to that weekend is the long awaited opening of the Pocahontas Trail System near Bramwell. Finally, Much Needed Road Repair!
A big thank you to the WV DOH for working to improve route 17 Northfork/Ashland Road! They have completed repair on 3 major shoulder break away sites and have about 5 more marked for attention! I am sure anyone who has hauled a camper or trailer in that area will notice the improvement!! GREAT JOB!

maximum width side x side
I was last down to H+M trails in 2010 and thought the maximum width for side x sides was 48 inches.Does this rule still apply,or can you travel the trails with a wider unit now?

Just got back from little coal river and someone stole my weight and sway control hitch from my camper long 400 mile drive and 700 dollars to replace makes me not want to go back and i may not loosers
